Walker was born on June 26 1976 at Philadelphia Pennsylvania United States of America. Walker is African American heritage, and an American. She's the daughter of Harvey Welker (a Native American father) and Julie Welker (an African-American mom). Her mother works as an agent for real estate, and her father holds a degree in engineering. Walker received her schooling in the Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia's Germantown region, where she was able to graduate in 1994. Then she attended Harvard College where she earned the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. Welker has been since the age of 20 to John Hughes who is a prominent marketing director for Merck Philadelphia. John and Sheila have two kids. In 2014, they started having an affair. John is her husband. He's four years older than she. The couple has decided to continue their relationship to the next level since things were going smoothly. They got wed on March 4, 2017. Philadelphia Pennsylvania hosted their wedding. The wedding took place in The Hyatt in Philadelphia. The only family and friends of the bride were invited to the party.
